Asia recreated in the Middle East. Achieving the perfect juxtapositon of Asian & Latin influences, with a menu created by celebrity chef Richard Sandoval. Guests are lead through a bold pivot door only to arrive beneath a vaulted ceiling canpoied by oragami birds in flight. With a "suviche" counter extending along the glazing, the view becomes the restaurants backdrop. Housed within an oversized bird cage, a staircase punctures through the double height space connecting to the private rooms on the upper floor. A finishes palette of natural walnut, fossilized stone and punchy lacquered accents, creates visual balance & warmth.
